When will get my refund - COVID-19 affected bookings

Please note as these are unprecedented times, airlines and suppliers are taking up to 12 weeks to process refunds. Please also note airlines are not waiving cancellation fees during this time so this also applies to the cancellation fees of LTP.

Please note some taxes are non-refundable too so some airlines will not offer a refund if you are booked on a non-refundable fare. You might be able to claim the taxes on the booking however this is on a case-by-case basis with the airlines.

We will get in contact with you with an update on your refunds after 6 weeks. 

If you need to put in an insurance claim, we can only do it once all refunds are in the LTP account. Please note cancellation fees and supplier fees will still apply.
