When you book with Luxury Travel Planner you will have access to our beautifully personalised Travel Documentation when the booking is in conjunction with hotels, tours, rail, car hire, cruises and more. You will also have access to the Travefy App.

The app features everything at your fingertips. Starting with your flight details -  you will have everything you need with the times of departure to arrival times, terminal details and your booking reference number. It will also include your seating preferences if organised prior to departure. As an extra, you will also have some information on the airline(s) that you are flying. This wonderful app will automatically update the flight details – including if the airline changes their flight time including delays or a terminal change. Please note this will not work if your device is offline - but you can always and should refresh the app when you are connected to Wi-Fi.

Travefy makes your holiday stress free. It includes images of the hotels and their address details, all at your fingertips. You just need to press the icon on the app and it will open in your navigation map of choice. This is perfect to guide you back to your hotel – it also has the hotels contact number if needed.

If you are on a tour and/or a cruise, the app has a day by day itinerary. It will go through each day making life easier so you don’t have to rummage through your paperwork.

It also includes any transfers, rail tickets and day tour vouchers all at your fingertips.

Finally, the app also gives you direct contact with your Luxury Travel Planner by just pressing the message button at the top of the app. Your message will be delivered directly to the inbox of your Luxury Travel Planner.
