Restrictions for International Arrivals - NSW - NOW IN PLACE From 12am 28th November, all fully vaccinated travellers arriving in NSW from any overseas country must get a PCR (nose & throat) test and self-isolate at their place of residence or hotel for 72 hours. Testing will be done on arrival at Sydney Airport. All unvaccinated travellers from any overseas country will continue to enter hotel quarantine. Restrictions for International Arrivals - Victoria - NOW IN PLACE From 11.59pm 27th November, all fully vaccinated travellers arriving in Victoria from any overseas country must get a PCR (nose & throat) test within 24 hours of arrival and self-isolate at their place of residence or hotel for 72 hours. PCR test is also required on day 5 and day 7 after entering Victoria. International Arrival Permit must be completed prior to arrival in Victoria https://www.service.vic.gov.au/services/border-permit/home All unvaccinated travellers from any overseas country will continue to enter hotel quarantine. Restrictions for International Arrivals - ACT - NOW IN PLACE From 11.59pm 27th November, all fully vaccinated travellers arriving in ACT from any overseas country must

ACT Health will implement quarantine requirements for fully vaccinated overseas travellers who have not been in these countries. These travellers must quarantine until 11.59pm Tuesday 30 November.

ALL fully vaccinated travellers arriving from overseas that have recently arrived in the ACT they must follow existing testing requirements for returned travellers and get a test within 24 hours of arrival to Australia and again on day 5-6 after arrival.

International travellers who are fully vaccinated, arriving from countries other than those listed above intending to travel to the ACT:

  • These travellers will need to follow the requirements of the jurisdiction of their port of entry to Australia.

  • If the port of entry allows onward travel to the ACT, travellers will be required to complete a Declaration Form within 24 hours prior to arrival into the ACT ***this form is not yet available on the ACT COVID website**​​​

  • Will be required to quarantine at their ACT residence/accommodation until 11:59pm on Tuesday 30 November 2021.
