Currently, the Australian Covid Vaccine certificate is not being recognised as 'proof of vaccine' in some parts of Europe. There are some destinations that will accept the certificate on entry into the country however when Australians visit bars, pubs & cafes etc they may be treated as unvaccinated and not able to enter.

Some European cities are allowing Australian vaccine certificate holders to apply for a vaccine certificate online eg From 30 Nov Switzerland are allowing non-residents to apply online for the certificate with conditions around having flights/hotel booked for Switzerland. Further information can be found: https://covidcertificate-form.admin.ch/foreign

Please check the local government vaccine restrictions for further information.
