Due to the ongoing changes to international and domestic travel restrictions, we are currently working on calling all customers that are due to depart in the next 45 days as a priority, hence there might be a delay in responding to your email enquiries.

Please Note: if you are holding flights in credit, you will receive an email from your consultant within 45 days of the original departure date with information on re-booking your flights to a later date. For refunds: this can take up to 12 weeks to be processed. Please be patient.
From 1 April 2020, we will have reduced hours and be only here for emergencies and those travelling within the next 72 hours. For any new bookings please call +61272025654 (charges will apply) or email your consultant (i.e. departures within 30 days stating - *URGENT - Departure (date)*. and we will get back to you with 24 hours. We will endeavour to respond to all correspondence in a timely fashion and we appreciate your patience as we are working tirelessly to keep you informed and up-to-date.
